- Step 1: Oil Your Hair: Start with a good head oil massage. Use coconut oil, olive oil, or almond oil. Choose the oil that suits your hair. Warm the oil slightly and gently massage it into your scalp for 5–10 minutes. It will increase blood flow, relaxes your mind, and nourishes the roots.
- Step 2: Steam Your Hair: After oiling, give some hair steam using a towel. Dip a towel in hot water, squeeze it, and wrap it around your head for 5–10 minutes. It will opens up the pores and helps the oil go deeper into your scalp.
- Step 3: Wash Your Hair: Use a mild shampoo to wash off the oil. Don’t use very hot water. You can use lukewarm or normal water for best result. It will clean the scalp and removes oil without making any hair damage.
- Step 4: Apply Hair Mask: Next is to apply a hair spa cream or mask. You can also make mask using curd + honey, or banana + olive oil. Apply it from roots to tips and leave it for 20–30 minutes.
